I often see soulful entrepreneurs pouring their energy into describing how their offer works — “twelve weeks, six modules, five calls” — but forgetting to highlight the outcome. Or if they do talk about the outcomes, they lean on vague, fluffy promises, words like life-changing, transformative, or empowering. If your offer messaging is loaded with process details (or vague fluff), but doesn’t clearly state the transformation your clients receive, they may never feel compelled to say yes. You need messaging that differentiates you and connects with your ideal clients in a way that feels deeply authentic.
